Education, Training, and Capacity Building
Education and Training projects are how we got our start. Originally working in Student Development at the University Level, our experience expanded to include training sessions for professionals at various levels, non-formal and informal education activities for youth, youth workers, and teachers, and peer training activities for in-house teams at various nonprofits and for-profit businesses.
Proposal Management
We have managed a wide variety of project proposals and other submissions to clients, funders and partners. Previous proposals include large consortium proposals for Global Frameworks, single firm Expressions of Interest, and small nonprofit grant proposals.
Business Strategy & Capture Management
Our Business Development experience extends beyond just proposals. For the past decade, we have worked on business strategy development, partner outreach, and client relationships. Our work has helped firms and organizations enter new markets, attract new partners, and grow their brand.
